    What a fantastic bag!

I had an onion bagel with cream cheese and tomatoes for breakfast, since you asked.

    Happy Holidays!

That’s so nice you’re participating in the giveaway day! I actually commented on your thanksgiving oranges earlier today and already bought the “ingredients” to make those Christmas oranges myself! Since I’m Swedish it’ll say God Jul so much shorter and with fewer oranges than yours but I’m thinking quality, not quantity anyway… ;)

I think your little bag is so cute! I think I still have some of those little people from when I was a kid. I’m almost positive that my mom made a holder for them out of the leg of a pair of jeans. Which, at the time, I’m sure was just the coolest thing ever! LOL

    Lovely bag!
My random bit for you is the most random Christmas gift I ever got…a rape alarm…from my grandparents(!).
It’s nice to know they care.

I saw a cute drawstring bag this morning on garnet hill and thought “I could make that.” Looks like you beat me to it…

  9. Diane says:

I love what you do. Really. Do you really want to know what I had for breakfast? All right. Same thing as every day: oatmeal, a little bit of butter, a little bit of cream, a little bit of maple syrup and a goodly amount of blueberries (from the freezer) on top. It’s a good rut to be in.

Hi, I had selfmade Polvorones for breakfast, not very healthy but I could not wait any longer to try them.

  11. Sarah Cosper says:

My daughter is 16 months and newly obsessed with little people, I have totally been looking something to keep them contained in!

Cute! This is one of the few giveaway sites I found on my own since I have you in my Google reader. And I love your Advent calendar by the way. I broke down and got that cute hat and mitten one by Garnet Hill (if you haven’t seen it, check their site). Even though I’m a big knitter I couldn’t resist theirs!

    Thanks for the giveaway…

oooh, i’d love to win that bag, i’ve always loved those. here’s a joke, keep reading for a good laugh. stop if you don’t think it’s funny to tease babies.

A woman gets on a bus with her baby. The bus driver says: “That’s the ugliest baby that I’ve ever seen. Ugh!” The woman goes to the rear of the bus and sits down, fuming. She says to a man next to her: “The driver just insulted me!”

The man says: “You go right up there and tell him off – go ahead, I’ll hold your monkey for you.”

  20. Christina says:

My 2 year old says… “Knock knock knock Mama!”

    I say “Who’s there?”

She says “Peanut budder!” then laughs and laughs and laughs. To her, it’s the best joke ever.

Love the blue hair and the orange gingham! Pick me, pick me!

  21. Brie says:

Jokes=not my thing (I always forget the punchlines).
So, onto randomness: I’m eating a bowl of homemade tomato soup with cheddar and floating croutons while my toddler sleeps the sound sleep of a sick child… ~H

I tried to leave this morning to take my son to Kindermusik. Roads had snow on them- turns out under the snow was a very thick later of ICE. Managed to get 2 blocks, car just slid in a circle and stopped facing the wrong way against the curb (could have been worse- I paid attention to the “winter driving” tips) and at least kept some control instead of sliding into oncoming traffic. So now I’m stuck- with my 2 year old in the back seat (not a big help there…). Finally a guy stops and helps me back the car around the corner (pushing from the front in the right direction while I back around) until I can get traction. Thank you so much for your help! I turned around in a driveway and went home- on the other street. No kindermusik today…

  24. Lynn says:

That bag is adorable. My daughter love playing with the little people. She likes to use them as finger puppets. My fingers are too big.

  25. Theresa says:

What a cute bag – why is it that I never came up with that idea? Because I KNOW I’m the queen of all good ideas, right? I’ve got you bookmarked now :)
Let’s see, I had some sweet tea (iced of course, I live in South Georgia)and a medifast chocolate mint bar for breakfast. Breakfast of champions.
