half eaten gingerbread man ornament
December 8th, 2008
I made this half eaten gingerbread man last year, but I thought I’d post it again in case you are starting to freak out about how soon Christmas is (16 days). He’s super simple to sew up. I wrote up instructions and there is a pattern you can download too. If you’d like to see the other mutant gingerbread man I made click here and to know why I made them click here.
Plenty of you want a tutorial for the string of lights advent calendar, so look for that in a couple days. Now get off the computer and finish those christmas presents already.
ARGH, that is SOOO cute! I love it! I’ll be linking.
I really love this little guy – he’s got so much personality.
Am going to decorate the tree with gingerbread men (i.e. people) this year–I forgot about making distorted ones but since they’re in the family, I’d better consider it. (Peggy’s Filled are in the oven!
16 and counting!!
Those are hilarious! What did the nephews think of them?
You are brilliant. These are great.
What a trooper, soldiering on even despite his injuries!
I can’t wait for the advent calendar tutorial!

Very cute blog! I sense I’ll become a regular.
okay, that whole 16 days business really freaked me out.
love the cookie man.
15 days now…eek.
Too cute!
Haha! He is so cute! :)
I had that saved from last year and made one the other night to put in the advent calendar for the kids. My four year old won’t let us put it on the tree and sleeps with it like a stuffed animal. I guess we are going to have to make our gingerbread man some friends that will stay on the tree. Cute pattern.
That makes me laugh.
That is too cute!
That’s very funny. Imaginative!
Poor him…
So cute! Love it
[…] half eaten gingerbread man had a nice little shout out from Jess at howaboutorange and tons of people download the pattern […]
